Mandatory Technical Skills: Oracle SCM
Desirable Technical Skills: Basic Knowledge on SQL, PL/SQL and RICEW components
Mandatory Functional Skills:
"• Have 6+ years experience managing teams.
• Have a strong Project Management background, as well as a solid understanding of how Enhancement processes and support the application environment and the business
• Have thorough understanding of ITIL practices.
• Have track record of successful management of concurrent deliverables on time, and with quality, within a fast-paced environment
• Have high degree of professionalism when addressing and resolving issues
• Have excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, peers, IT management and staff
• Have ability to think logically and pay close attention to detail, be able to identify and quantify impact
• Be highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Demonstrate accountability, sound decision making, analytical thoroughness, and the ability to lead and mentor team members
• Be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines"
Desirable Functional Skills: At least 7 years of proven Oracle ERP Support/Implementation and end user environment working experience
