Holland Heating and Cooling is searching for a sales oriented Sales Representative for an HVAC Products Distributor that has been around for over 40 years. An outstanding career opportunity for an HVAC Equipment Sales Representative to join the largest Heating & Air Conditioning Product Distributor located in Davison Michigan.

Responsibilities for Outside Sales role:

Maintain a thorough understanding of the HVAC business,
Identify, establish, and maintain business relationships with management level decision makers and other personnel who have influence in the decision process.

Job Requirements:

-Excellent analytical, written, communication and organizational skills.
-Detailed knowledge of the sales process with a history of success in using this process.
-The candidate must be a strong sales representative with HVAC equipment sales experience.
-Strong knowledge of the specific business and industry of the Company, in this case HVAC.

Competencies:

-Rapport/trust building skills.
-Strong prospecting/opportunity skills. Innovative in selling and servicing ap.
