Required Technical Skill Set:

•Development and integration experience in RSA Avenksa
•Experience in following programming languages SQL/PLSQL, Java, Java Script
•Good understanding of Aveksa functionality and APIs


Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):

•Thorough understanding and hands on experience in implementing RSA Aveksa and integration with various applications/systems.
•Strong development experience in Java and SQL/PLSQL programming languages
•Experience integrating RSA Aveksa with systems like Active Directory, Exchange, Databases, Operating systems, etc. for user account provisioning/de-provisioning and access governance
•Different types of reviews such as Transfer Review, Entitlement Review, Role Review and SoD Violation Review
•Good understanding of the software engineering lifecycle and principles
•Good understanding of the IAM technical integrations patterns/interfaces, custom development
.Experience in managing deployments of identity and access management
.Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures and implementation plans
•Ex.
