About the Job::

This position will design complex software applications for specific program modules within a bigger application and code application instructions into the local environment.

Reviews code to ensure compliance with coding standards and to ensure that business requirements are met as well as deploy new applications on to the development environment for testing.

In addition, this role will review the programming code of other developers and makes comments or recommendations for improvements and prepares documentation on the design process by working closely with a team that follows an Agile Software methodology.

 

About the Team

The team is chartered with developing mission critical products for our cloud offering using cutting edge technologies.

 

Qualifications:

• Education – BS CS or equivalent

• Minimum years' experience – Typically requires a minimum of 5 Years using Java/J2EE. Full Stack application developer preferred.

 

Required Experience and Skills: Need 8 yrs of exp

• Java/J2EE

• Event Driven Programming Environment (Vert.x, Node.JS)

• Spring/Hibernate

• JavaScript / HTML5 (with Bootstrap/Backbone)

• Relational databases (Oracle) is required.

• NoSQL databases is a plus

• Understands the Product Development Lifecycle

• Coding standards

• System documentation requirements

• Analytical and Problem solving skills

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
