Location: Chesterfield – Missouri

Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:

Key skills required for the job are:

  • SAP HCM Core(Mandatory)
  • SAP SuccessFactors(Mandatory)

As a Consultant, you should have in-depth knowledge in any one technological or industry practice / functional area and overview of 2-3 other areas. You should handle solution definition/ fitment for a small sized project with a medium complexity. You should be able to build a custom Function Module with medium complexity program logic.

Skill and Experience Details:
Minimum Experience Required: 8-10 YEARS Mandatory Skills: SAP HCM Core, SAP Success Factors Consulting, SAP HCM Payroll, SAP HCM Core

 

SAP HCM Core (L2): Should have at least 2 - 4yrs years of SAP experience in the core module of specialization and 1 - 3years of domain experience Module specific Proficiency: Must have good SAP application specific knowledge of the HR processes: o Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management, Travel Management and Benefits Management o Personnel Development, Training & Event Management, Compensation Management and Recruitment o Integration with other SAP modules Must have basic knowledge of the SAP application specific HR processes: o ESS& MSS, E-Recruitment, Enterprise Compensation Management and Learning Solution o Payroll Accounting.

 

SAP HCM Payroll(L3): Must have good SAP application specific knowledge of the HR/Payroll processes: o Personnel Administration, Organization Management , Time Management o Payroll Accounting: ? SAP Tax Model Configuration experience ? Experience in Schema & PCR customization ? Good understanding of partial period factoring ? Good understanding of Processing class, cumulation class and evaluation class ? Good understanding of Retro accounting ? Good understanding of wage splits ? Midyear go-live implementation experience ? Managed parallel payroll runs and go-live o Integration with other SAP modules o Interface to FI module Must have specialized in at least one of the country specific payroll localization o US o Canada o UK o Europe (other than UK) Must have basic knowledge of the SAP application specific HR processes: o Benefits Management o HR Analytics
