Eight+ years of experience with testing is required, as well as several years of Test Lead or Test Manager roles. We are looking for candidates with experience with system, integration, and UA Testing.

In summary, we are seeking:

•             Strong, confident testing expert – eats and sleeps reports and automated testing

•             Automated testing experience is very important, like submitting a regression test deck over and over, adding new test cases, rerunning, etc.

•             Experience with HP Performance Center, Loadrunner, Quality Center, QTP

•             Ability to teach testing teams on the use of Test Automation Products and other testing tools.

•             Visionary, taking direction well, plant a seed and run with it and show results along the plan of record

 

Job Description: Test Manager

•             Support test project management, testing and UAT coordination across a broad array of IT programs.

•             Needs to be able to create and manage test plans, conduct system and regression testing.

•             Provides executive-level status reporting.

•             Ability to perform independent system analysis, establish product specifications and plan implementation activities across multiple operational districts

•             Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

•             5+ years IT Experience, including strong Test Automation expertise

•             Experience with Software Test Automation, including API or Web Services testing (Selenium, Agile and Waterfall model),

•             QA Testing methodologies, XML, HTML, and HP Quality Center

•             Able to create presentations (using PowerPoint and other tools) of very high quality, using information assimilated from multiple sources, distilled to clear, impactful slides.

•             Software Development experience is a plus (.Net framework, SQL Server, SSIS)
