Senior Technical User Support Analyst – Testing Applications

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: Very Long term project

Interview mode: Initial screening/ phone interview or Skype

 

Resolve client technical issues to return the client to productivity as quickly as possible; adhere to signed service level agreements with Business Units.   Support issue resolution and proactive problem management. Develop programs required to enhance the supported applications for given requirements. Provide technical leadership when required.

 

6-9 years of IT experience with B.A or B.S.; 4-7 years of IT experience with M.A. or M.S.

 

Technical back end application knowledge: HP Quality Center, HP Performance Center, HP Unified Function Tester, WorkSoft, SAP TAO, and Solution manager.

• Application knowledge in admin, config, maintenance and security.
  
• Performance Center: familiar with Web+Admin
  
• Applications testing with: familiar with SAP, Siebel, Salesforce.com, Integrations, etc.
  
• Test protocols: .net, database, DCOM, GUI, Java, Network, Oracle, Siebed, TUXEDO, RTE.
  
• Quality Center/ALM Application knowledge in admin, config, maintenance and security.
  
• WorkSoft-Certify.
  
• Familiar with IIS, SQL, asp.net, Oracle DB, MSSQL DB and Windows Servers
