Location: Camp Hill, PA

Duration: 1 year

Captivate, years of Experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Basic understanding of Adult Learning Principles, ADDIE model, System Development Life cycle (SDLC)

• Captivate Experience (Proficient)

• RoboHelp Experience

• Demonstrated training experience (classroom)

• Web-based material development and delivery

• Experience using MS Office Products including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint In addition the superior candidate would possess some or all of the following:

• A basic understanding of the concepts used to design and develop Implementation and Training materials

• A basic understanding of the working of Public Sector (state and local government)

• A basic understanding of Healthcare concepts

EXPECTED DELIVERABLES/RESPONSIBILITIES: design and development of Implementation and Training materials, assigned to them. The candidate will also support Training delivery, both classroom and web based training activities. The candidate will support the creation of documents and presentations assigned to them. The ideal candidate will possess basic problem solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and most importantly attention to detail.
