We are, seeking for US IT Recruiter having 2-7+Years of experience in C2C marketing in US Staffing Company.

US IT Recruiter positions are purely for Corp to Corp At Hyderabad-positions: 10

Work Option     : Work from Office

Prerequisites    : Excellent understanding of IT skills

Timings            : US Shifts (EST Timing).
Location           :  Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad

Remuneration: Competitive salary and Huge Incentive structure

Desired profile:

1) Candidates with 2 to 7+ years of experience as Recruiter in US IT Staffing and Consulting industry, USA with Proven successful clientele and sales record especially in Corp to Corp marketing.

2) Excellent understanding of IT skills.

3) Experience working with US Tax Terms (W2, C2C and 1099).

4) Corp  to Corp recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, interviewing, target Hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates.

5) Having adeptness in using various job Portals such as - Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, and Hot Jobs.
6) Must be a self-motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills.

8) Use effective resourcing strategies such as Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Tech FETCH), Internet sourcing.

9) Negotiate & finalize Pay rates/compensation of candidates.

10) Working Knowledge on Social Networking sites to identify candidates.

11) Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, verify visa status, confidence level, and work towards on-boarding paperwork.
