We are looking for Sr. Tech Architect - Infrastructure testing to support world's leader in providing IT consulting and software services to the finest global organizations client.
This is 5 Months Contracts based in Dallas, TX.
Role: Sr. Tech Architect - Infrastructure testing
Duration: 5 Months Contracts
Location: Dallas, TX
Job description:
• Deep expertise in defining Test strategy and Infra Structure Test framework for validating automatic spawning of Servers
• Good Analytical and Articulation skills for working closely with senior leaders in the Architecture review board.
• Working experience with CHEF & RECIPE for spawning of Infrastructure components is a huge Plus (Preferred Skills)
• 8-10 years of deep experience in working with Infrastructure components in any of the below mentioned towers :
• Operating System upgrade (Linux, HP Unix, IBM AIX, Solaris, Windows 7/8)
• Database ((Oracle 10g/11g, MS SQL 2008, MYSQL, DB2, Sybase)
• Platform / Middleware Upgrade (Websphere App Server, Weblogic, Jboss)
• Network (Firewall, Switches, Hub, Load Balancer)
• 4 years of System Configuration, Pre-Installation, Post Installation Testing, Image Validation and Operational readiness testing.
• 4 years of experience in Unix Shell scripting, Perl scripting, batch job setup testing, automation testing.
• 2 years of experience with HP Quality Center.
• 2 years of experience with Test Deliveries in an onsite offshore model
• Good Analytical skills & Communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
