We are looking for a Scrum Master to support world's leader in providing IT consulting and software services to the finest global organizations client.
This is a 3 months Contract position based in Philadelphia, PA
Role: Scrum Master
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 3 months Contract
Experience: 8+yrs
Job Description:
Scrum Master that drives adoption of Agile principles, and creates organization wide processes and principles that will be adopted
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the transition of new and existing projects to Agile delivery methodology.
· Coach teams and management on agile practices and principles
· Conduct training, coaching, mentoring across the enterprise
· Mentor and coach agile delivery teams
· Help the Leadership Team understand and develop their Agile and Lean knowledge and practices.
· Participate and support in Agile Communities Of Practice: ensuring consistent methods/approaches are used across the group
· General agile training and facilitation across teams, project managers and business analysts
Experience and Expertise:
· 8 + years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years in a technical software development environment
· 3+ years of experience in Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile delivery
· 1+ year of agile coaching experience
· CSM certification
· Experience with Distributed Teams
· Previous experience in using an Agile Management tool (TFS, Rally, ScrumWorks, VersionOne)
· Must have a strong agile background
