Job Description:

 

Technical/Functional Skills:

 

            Knowledge of SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, XSLT and XPATH

            Workday Studio – IDE to develop Workday assemblies & knowledge of debugger

            Web service tester tools like Soap-UI

            Web service –API –Related to Workday's HR suite.

            XML transformation tools like XSLT

Experience Required      5 to 7 Years

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

            Development experience in  APIs, custom EIB, Reports, calculated fields, condition rules, transformations

            Experience in developing and supporting "Workday Studio integrations", Oxygen XML and XSLT

            Experience with web services, file transfers and encryption protocols

            Understands the Business Process framework and Workday Security with regards to Integrations.

            Able to prototype scenarios and test cases in Workday to demonstrate viability of design.

            Good analytical and communication skills

            Ability to troubleshoot production issues and propose solution

Good communication skills to effectively interact with customer

Adobe CQ5 developer

•             2+years' experience in web content management systems: Adobe CQ5

•             Create templates and other components for CQ5 and related applications.

•             Conduct designing sessions with development teams at low level projects.

•             Assist in functioning of CQ5 solutions by documentation and validation procedures of non-functional requirements.

•             Developed IT frameworks and productivity accelerators along with team of architects.

•             Provided quality IT solutions by understanding client, business and technological objectives.

•             Delivered CQ5 projects and relevant modules by mentoring and leading offshore teams.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

•             Excellent communication skills and flexibility for on-call to facilitate discussions with offshore team and business.

•             Rapid Sprint/deliverable planning abilities

•             Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously

•             Strong analysis skills are required.

Technical/Functional Skills:

 

•             Agile Scrum Experience

•             Experience in providing test estimation.

•             Expertise in Test Planning, Design, Execution, Evaluation and Reporting.

•             Experience to conduct defect triage meetings.

•             Very good onsite offshore coordination skills.

•             Very good client coordination skills.

•             Good leadership skills in mentoring the team members.

•             Excellent Communication Skills.

•             Ability to provide value adds and solutions from QA in a dynamic environment.

•             Previous Testing experience with strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies and Concepts

•             Good knowledge in agile methodology.

•             Knowledge in Healthcare domain ( Preferred)

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

•             Coordinate with IT, Business and ensure testing

•             Participate in Release Planning, Product Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum calls, Design Meetings, Retro Meetings  to represent test team

•             Identify testing Risks upfront and track them to closure.

•             Conduct Test Scenario's review with Business and IT.

•             Participate in Detailed Test Cases Design, Execution and Report Test results.

•             Defect Triaging

•             Ensure Regression testing is planned and executed appropriately.

•             Publish Test Summary Report at the end of Testing.

•             Maintain good rapport with Client Team, Onsite and Offshore Teams and address all the QA needs on time
