Roles & Responsibilities
• Coordinate with offshore team for project deliverables.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Develops codes and unit tests design solutions.
• Experience with SDLC concepts
• Leads and participates in writing and reviewing software functional specifications and design reviews.
• Creates detailed designs performs analyses creates prototypes and documents completed designs.
• Work individually and as a member of a large team
• Functions as task project or team leader when assigned; represents the organization on project teams and may perform technical project leadership roles while fostering teamwork and collaboration within and across work groups.
• Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships.
• General knowledge of Pharmaceutical, ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding preferred.
Generic Managerial Skills
• Manage, Mentors and directs the efforts of more entry-level engineers.
• Coordinate with operations and offshore team for project deliverables.
• Excellent time management skills
Education • Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer software field and/or equivalent experience
