ü  6 + years of experience in the field of .Net

ü  3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring team at Architect level

ü  5+ Good experience in MVC

ü  Extensive experience developing Web applications

ü  Advanced SQL coding skills

ü  Knowledge in Performance tuning

ü  Hands on SSRS will be a plus

ü  Technical team management experience including offshore team members

ü  Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills

ü  Retail related data warehousing experience a plus
