Position: Sr. Hadoop/ BigData Consultant with CDH Experience (At Least 8 yrs. of Experience Required)
Location: Oldsmar, FL
Duration: 6 to 12+ Months
Rate: $ 65/hr on C2C

Core Technologies:
· 6+ years of experience in Big Data technologies. 3+ years of experience with Design and Development in Hadoop Ecosystem
· Extensive implementation skills using CDH involving Impala, Spark. MapReduce and Hive with Processing Streaming inputs / Importing data in to HDFS from Hetrogeneous technologies. Processing Unstructured Data with Structured data in a SLA driven environment
· Expertise in Hadoop Monitoring and Performance tuning activities, Knowledge of E2E CDH echo system, Hands on wrt development and admin. Knowledge of Data Lakes, Processing with Graph DBs and Scala will be a plus
· Knowledge of working in Agile / Scrum based enviroment will be a plus, Technical team management experience including offshore team members. Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Design and implement fast and efficient data processing using 'big data' processing techniques and hadoop tools
· Implement Big Data Solutions using tools like Hadoop, Map Reduce, Impala, Spark, Hive. Understand and use Hadoop from data management, structure skillset. Work with the Product Owner and technical teams to help define user-stories and big data scenarios. Influence overall strategy and road map to design and build next generation analytics application features
· Create strong internal relationships, train others and evangelize your findings and implications. Use your expert coding skills across a number of languages from SQL to Java to Scala. Evaluate new features, products, Participate in Proof-of-Concepts, Stay current with emerging industry trends
