Description:
Purpose: We are looking for a PeopleSoft CRM BA/QA to provide management and continuous improvement of the technology function within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Competency Center. This position will supervise a team of 8. The person in role will be meeting with various teams, including stake holders, development team and other teams to collaborate and coordinate information flow. Excellent client facing skills are required.
The candidate must have PeopleSoft CRM functional background (as a Business Analyst or Solution Architect), with implementation and team management experience
Hands on Responsibilities:
Assist with the functional work stream team deliverables, including:
Assist in mapping current state vs future state process flows
Assist in developing BRDs (Business Requirements Documents)
Assist with the functional specification documents
Assist in QA for all developed clients CRM initiatives before migration to Production: SIT, UAT and relevant deliverables
Assist in training activities for all PeopleSoft CRM projects for the client
Review and approve all technical deliverables and documentation
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years experience managing PeopleSoft CRM / People Tools implementation projects
A minimum of 5 years supervising or managing development teams
Implementation experience in the PeopleSoft CRM area with focus on Account, Event and Contact Management, Order Capture, Sales Force Automation, Opportunity Management and Lead Management
PeopleSoft CRM integration experience required
Consulting background and experience is a nice to have from one of the major IT consulting companies.
