| Roles & Responsibilities | Consult with the customer organization to define and capture the requirements
Review and validate requirements, definition and design to evaluate appropriateness of solution, any production impacts and support requirements
Design and develop IBM BPM solutions
Review of the work done by other developers
Assist in creating test scripts/test data and other testing activities
Provide any implementation and operational support as required |
