Position : Scrum Master
Location: Somerville, NJ
Duration: 12+ Months
Required:
8 years of experience
First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) - Preferred not mandatory.
Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Excellent communication, mentoring, facilitation & coaching skills
Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, retrospectives, daily standups, sprint planning, burn down techniques
Applicable Basic knowledge of Enovia PLM technologies used by the team
Agile Experience within a multi-team organization
