| Senior Engineer/ manger with experience in supporting a large server estate and managing a sizeable Wintel Operations team (35+ engineers 800 incident tickets per week) that provide 24x7 support for the Circa 19,000 Windows server population. Experience team leader to provide team members with support on daily issues escalation, management of vendors escalation. Coach the team on workload management and service improvements, analysis of incidents and per ma ne nt corrective action.
