Profile Summary:	·         He has over 10 years of industry experience related to Information Technology and 5+ Years in SFDC
Education	·         Batchelor's Degree
Certifications & Training:	Sales or Service cloud certified
Relevant Previous Project Experience:	·         Subject Matter Expert providing customization, development, Enhancement and support for Saleforce.com CRM Implementation Projects. Well versed with SFDC Governor limits, Agile/Iterative implementations methodologies ·         Solution definition: Work with business and IT executives from the client to identify the business needs and define the business & technical solution architectures to fulfill the business needs ·          Sales and business development: Support the sales and business development team with defining winning solutions and proposals ·           Internal collateral development: Assist front office /CSG team by offering to enhance the service offering. ·         Participates and drives orals presentations, conducts workshops for requirements gathering ·         Facilitates Conference Room Pilots, Super user training ·         Onsite/offshore coordination
Years of Relevant Experience in Proposed Services:	10+ years' experience in CRM successful consulting assignments of which at least 3-5 years in SFDC
