| Detailed job description Skill Set including years of experience | Skillset· 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE with My SQL · Having EDM knowledge is added advantage Activities: · Handling change requests from business users · Problem Management, Preventive maintenance and Resolution · Resolving incident tickets · Provide regular updates on the status of the incident · Work on Service requests on best effort basis · Monitoring daily batch jobs · Reporting (Weekly Reports, Audit Reports, Trend Analysis) · Assist Code Deployment and migration tasks · Work on Research requests and occasional UAT support tasks · Issue coordination amongst various teams to ensure business continuity · Follow Support guidelines/Processes defined · Support and assist any planned maintenance and housekeeping activities on the system · Routine health checks on the system status to ensure application availability |
