The Sr. Developer is responsible for designing, testing, maintaining and implementing in-house distributed n-tier software that delivers near real time globally distributed data with different formats to analytical platforms with zero tolerance. 

 

Required Skills :

•  Experience in designing and developing n tier applications using Rails, Ruby, Node,                      

•  Experience with Sass, CoffeScript, HTML5, Ajax, JSON, XML.                                                                          

•  Experience in distributed programming.                                                                                                                                   

•  Experience in User Interface Design.                                                                                                                                        

•  Experience in Java or Perl a big plus.                                                                                                                           

•  Experience in OO design and design patterns.                                                                                                                         

•  Experience in creating automated build and test environment using RSpec, Maven/Ant, Junit, Selenium, Mocha, Bamboo/Jenkins, Git.                                                                                                                                                                       

•  Experience in relational database design, optimization and performance with databases such as Oracle and Postgres.                                                                                                                                                                                             

•  Solid knowledge of linux / unix operating systems is required. Incumbent maintains effective communications and good relations with users, developers, computer

   operations and data security.
