Job Description:  

Profile:

·         Tools integration experience

·         Understand business and technical requirements

·         Communicate strategies and best practices like ITIL v3 for product implementation

·         Install and configure HP Tools & ServiceNow, Remedy B2B integration

·         Define patterns where ever needed.

·         Troubleshoot and support HP Tools and ServiceNow and systems

·         Draft requirements, technical installation, configuration and customization specification documents

·         Draft use cases and functional requirements documents

·         Demonstrate ServiceNow to customers

·         Respond to customer requests for product or solution information

·         Estimate level of effort to design or deploy products or solutions

Skills: ITIL v3 Foundation certified will be added advantage.

Experience Level: 10 – 15 years
