Project Overview:

This contractor will be working on EIS (Enterprise Information System) Support & Maintenance; the EIS is a case management system utilized by behavioral health professionals with approximately 2100 active users. The EIS System currently has several security holes and requires a rebuild of the framework.

 

Job Description:

Contractor should have advanced PL/SQL skills

70% Work Effort -

Application Modernization: Using PL/SQL – rewrite the existing codebase and stored procedures to support application and modernization efforts

15% Work Effort -

Serve as technical advisor to junior staff in relation to Oracle PLSQL technologies

15% Work Effort -

Serve as Agile team member on operations based application enhancements

 

Operating Systems:

Windows 7, Intermediate Skills, 8+ years' experience required

 

Programming Language/Development Tools:

PL/SQL (Oracle 11g), Advanced Skills, 5+ years' experience required

Java 1.7+, Intermediate Skills, 2+ years' experience required

Eclipse, Intermediate Skills, 3+ years' experience required

 

Database Systems/Database Tools:

Oracle RDBMS, Advanced Skills, 5+ years' experience required (TOAD for Oracle; SQL Developer)

 

Frameworks/SLDs/Methodologies:
Agile, Intermediate Skills, 2+ years' experience required

(An understanding of Agile methodologies & the use of Jira web-based tool)
