Role: WebSphere Portal Developer

Location: Melville, NY

Duration: 3 months+

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years in the development, integration, deployment, testing and support of enterprise-level software applications using Java/J2EE technologies using IBM WebSphere Portal platform 8.0 , 8.5. 
• Experience with WebSphere Portal 8.0 / 8.5 Framework. 
• Expertise in developing  JSR 168/286 Portlets, Web Services and RESTful API  technology on the IBM WebSphere Portal platform 
• In-depth experience on IBM WebSphere Portal Themes, RAD port lets, search development, Personalization, Virtual Portals, Portal security -  PUMA API. 

• Experience with WebSphere Content Management(WCM 8.0 / 8.5) Architecture and Development. 
• Design WCM artifacts, Content Templates, Syndication, WCM topology and other Components. 
• WCM APIs. 
• WCM Finger Printing Technology.
• Experience with Java, J2EE, Hibernate and Spring Framework 
• Expertise in Knowledge of SOAP and/ REST based services (XML, JSON).  
• Expertise in SSO implementation methodologies 
• Experience in SQL and Oracle platform. 
• Familiarity with JUnit and Selenium to create and run unit test cases. 
• Experience in jQuery, Bootstrap, DOJO Java Script libraries. 
• Experience with Web Services specifications (ex: XML, SOAP, Security, Messaging, Authentication). 
• Experience with the Eclipse IDE – IBM RAD Tool set. 
• Experience in Internet, Extranet applications. 
• Experience with highly secure web design.
