Java Development Lead, I am looking with the following skills:

Development Lead & Sr. Java Developers Must Have:
· 10+ years overall IT experience including: 8+ yrs. of JAVA EE development experience
· 8 + years of experience in the application design and development using Java SE, J2EE and Design Patterns;
· 8 + years of web application integration and management;
· 3 + years of development experience in Liferay portal technology
· 3 + years of development experience in responsive design of Web applications (Bootstrap)
· 8 + years of development experience in CSS, HTML and JavaScript
· Experience with markup languages (XML, HTML, CSS)
· Experience with scripting languages (Javascript, Jython)
· Experience with Java technologies (JSP, Servlets, Applets, EJB, Swing, JDBC)
· Experience with Java XML technologies (JAXB, for example)
· Experience building Web Services using Java APIs and tools, such as JAX-RPC
· Experience with Spring framework
· Experience with the following development tools and libraries: Ant, Log4J, SVN, Jira, Maven, IntelliJ
· Strong knowledge of industry used application servers including managing and configuring, packaging and deploying applications (Weblogic, Glassfish or equivalent)
Knowledge of core JAVA EE patterns, Web Services Design / Development experience, Object to Relational Persistence (Toplink, Hibernate, JPA.), Authentication, Authorization, Single Sign On, Message Level Security
