Job Responsibilities:

 

*         Perform all aspects of analysis, design, programming and unit testing for the Genesys CTI systems and related interfaces.

 

*         Document technical design specifications necessary to write Custom Applications and perform reviews with technical team members

 

*         Experience developing client applications using 3rd party APIs

Required Skills & Experience

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

*         Minimum of 5 years of systems implementation experience involving configuration, development, and/or technical or functional testing in .NET Applications for Desktop Integrations with 3rd party APIs

 

*         Minimum 5 years in a Developer role  using C# & .NET using Visual Studio and other relevant application development tools.

 

*         Experience with the analysis, design, programming and unit testing for the Genesys CTI systems and related interfaces.

 

*         Experience with application integration testing, including real-time applications

 

*         Experience with Desktop Integrations preferred

 

*         Experience with Genesys IVR (nice to have)

 

Professional Skill Requirements:

 

*         Proven ability to transfer knowledge, capabilities and skills to the permanent  team during the course of the engagement

 

*         Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

 

*         Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

 

*         Desire to work in an information systems environment

 

*         Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
