Two types -
· Java RCP for desktop or Java desktop application development -- OGSI etc may be on the resume but not necessarily RCP
· Java RCP and some desktop somewhere with SCJP cert
Client will also interview someone that doesn't have RCP if they have developed applications in Java for the desktop
