Role       :     Test Lead

Location :      Richmond, VA

Duration :     6+ Months

 

Job Description:

 

Test Lead Role Expectation:

·         Experience working in different SDLC models like Agile, V-Model and Waterfall models

·         8-10 yrs  experience in defining test effort estimation, approaches, methodologies, strategies,  Planning on ERP Applications.  

·         Minimum 3 years as a Test Lead managing teams to deliver project with best quality.  Plan and track work assigned.

·         Strong experience in Global Delivery Models where the teams are distributed across the globe.

·         Hands on experience in testing of large ERP systems (Retalix, iseries/ AS400 based ERP's)

·         Test Experience on  Retalix  is an advantage

·         Extensive domain experience in Food industry, logistics, distribution & retail with good knowledge of  Sales and distribution, material management

·         Conduct Triage Meetings across various vendors  and report progress to Project Manager

·         Hands on experience in using the testing tools Quality Center/ALM

·         Good experience in Test Reporting and metrics.

·         Good leadership quality and commitment to delivery of the project with best quality.

·         Experience in developing functional manual and automation test scripts.

·         Good experience in using Microsoft Office tools MS-Word, Excel and Power point

·         Strong Communication, Presentation & Analytical skills
