AEM /CQ5 Developer 

Job Location :Parsippany, NJ 

Rate - $55/hr

Job description –

 

·         Working for a leading hospitality chain in implementing AEM cloud platform for large scale multi-site environment
·         Responsible for overall strategy of AEM architecture, migration and implementation working with senior client and vendor architects.
·         Interact with client teams to create end-to-end specifications for content, commerce and collaboration solutions
·         Translate client requirements into technical architecture and designs.
·         Design/implementation of reusable components, templates and workflows for the Adobe AEM 6.1 platform.
·         Integration strategy/design between content-driven AEM applications , mobile applications and other systems.
·         Building solutions on top of the WCM, DAM, Social Collaboration and analytics modules.
·         Creating best practices and standards architecture enhancements/upgrades or modifications.
·         Define, communicate and enforce implementation processes, quality gates and standards to all teams.
·         Define, communicate and enforce best practices to manage performance and scalability of the content.
·         Management and content delivery solution co-ordinating with different stakeholders.
·         Direct and Develop AEM projects following Adobe best practices for development using agile methodologies
·         Lead onsite and offshore teams in the development of sites, templates, components or in troubleshooting code and configuration 
 

Mandatory

·         At least 5 years of experience working with Adobe AEM/CQ (including latest version 6.1 )  having led a large scale AEM cloud implementation.
·         Experience in Java, SQL, HTML, MVC, JSF, REST, SOAP, XML/RPC, JBoss, Tomcat, CSS, and JavaScript.
·         Experience in setting up and configuring AEM cloud environment and projects and involved in migration projects from other CMS systems.
·         Experience with source control management tool, such as Subversion and/or Git. Build/deployment and Continuous Integration experience.
·         Knowledge of MVC architectures, client side and server side frameworks
·         Experience in implementing with responsive/adaptive design for different device types and browsers.
·         Mastery of all core web technologies including XML, XHTML, client/server-side scripting languages such as Javascript, and JSP, and web services development using RESTful implementations.
·         Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries and JSTL skills, combined with a solid understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
·         Proficient in Adobe CQ foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the CQ platform, the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix.
·         A solid understanding of all Adobe CQ building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc., and the CQ development and deployment process.
·         Hands on experience in developing Templates, components using JSP or Slightly scripting language, OSGI bundles, sling services, custom workflow process and customizing out of the box widget and components.
·         Good understanding of utilizing AEM platform to filter, process and output html, json, xml.
·         Experience of integrating with one more Adobe marketing cloud tools such as Scene 7, Search and Promote, Test and Target, Site Catalyst and others.
·         Experience of integrating with AEM with LDAP, 3rd party systems such as Epsilon, Hybris, Translations.com.
·         Good understanding and experience using Personalization, Social and communities, MSM and Mobile AEM modules.
·         Good understanding and hands on experience using client libs and integrating external javascript framework.
·         Practical experience in using any common Javascript framework such as Bootstrap, Require JS, Angular, Handlebars or any others.
·         Familiarity with Agile development including daily scrum and weekly iteration reviews and planning.
·         Good understanding of end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing/deployment, and delivery processes.
·         Strong analytical, problem solving, and production diagnostic skills.
·         Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
 
Preferred:
·         Experience working with travel/hospitality clients for large scale AEM implementation
·         Adobe AEM Lead Developer Certification.
·         Adobe AEM 6.0 Architect Certification.
