MUST-HAVES: • 8 + years' experience as Software Quality Assurance Manager or Lead including both automated and manual testing. • Experience with managing QA efforts of medium and large projects. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including preparing, reviewing and Test Plans sand Test Scripts/Cases. • Investments Industry knowledge, particularly with Front, Middle and Back Office Operations with experience in PORTIA, Findur, and Bloomberg. • Demonstrated experience in a matrix resource environment. • Experienced with Automated QA tools and applications with Quality Center and PPM. • Strong analytical skills along with ability to define and resolve complex issues. • Ability to handle multiple tasks with prioritization that may change due to business drivers. • Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Iterative development life cycles • Experienced with Jira, SQL and Beyond Compare applications
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Interact with the BA's, Developers and PMs to contribute to the delivery of the project schedule by preparing test estimates.
• Review and analyze the business requirements and specifications to validate the testability and identify the testing requirements.
• Develop test strategies for all projects and releases
• Ensure completion of all required test documentation including test scripts/cases, traceability matrixes, test schedule, test results and test status.
• Analyze and understand the impact of system changes to regression plan test plans and ensure the regression test data is updated with change in each release.
• Manage project defects.
• Assess and manage testing risks related to projects.
• Manage onshore and offshore test resources.
• Support User Acceptance Testing.
• Determine the feasibility of Automating test scripts along with their benefit to the project Start Time: 12:00 AM
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
