Night shift job, working hours: 6.30 PM IST  - 3.30 AM IST

Location: opp KBR Park, Jubilee hills, Hyderabad

Salary: open, DOE, and food and travel allowances.

 

Required Skills:

* 4 to 8 years of IT Recruiting experience in US Staffing Industry.

* Ability to handle 2-5 requirements on a daily basis.

* Expertise in the creation and use of Boolean search strings

* Proficient in using job portals like Dice, Monster, & Tech-Fetch

* Excellent communication and negotiating skills.

 

Daily Responsibilities:

* Work closely with Manager to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, Rate...etc.)

* Create a comprehensive job description based on Account Manager's specifications to present to the candidates and do postings on job boards and internal gateways

* Identify and source top talent - using job boards, web searches, referrals and any other industry-specific sources

* Identify, screen and present top talent to the respective requirements

* Develop position-specific screening questionnaires

* Manage candidates throughout the interview process

* Update the submissions on Applicant Tracking Systems to ensure future searches leverage all data gathered during the process

* Coordinate with Legal and HR Managers in rolling out offers letters and handling paperwork with W2, 1099, C2C candidates/ employers and ensure smooth delivery for the customer requisitions.
