Position: Java developer

Location:  Northbrook, IL

Experience:  8+ years

Duration of the Contract:  3 to 6 months (extension possible)

Number of openings : 8-10

 

Job Description:

Note: From below set of requirements, Spring, Hibernate and Restful Web services are the key ones. The candidate should have strong experience here.

 

Below are the requirements:

- Hibernate, Spring/Struts 2, JPA, JMS, AJAX, JSP, JavaScripting, JSON, JQuery, Dojo

- Strong experience in application design (UML), design patterns and performance tuning.

- Strong SQL knowledge using Oracle and MS SQL Server

- Experienced with IBM WebSphere 6.x or above (RAD / Eclipse) management and configuration.

- Strong web service integration skills (REST, SOAP, WSDL)

- Strong communications skills.

- Be productive in a fast-paced environment and work well with a diverse team of technical SMEs

- Successful history of web projects delivered.

- Ability to clearly write technical specifications.
