We are looking for a Performance Tester with Load runner experience to support world's leader in providing IT consulting and software services to the finest global organizations client.

This is 3-6 Months Contract (Extension Possible) Position based in Lincoln, RI

 

Role: Performance Tester with Load runner experience

Location: Lincoln, RI

Duration: 3-6 Months Contract

Extension: May Be

Experience:- 7-10 yrs

 

Job Description:

·         High performing High performing performance testing expert on Load Runner with 7 to 10 years of progressive performance testing experience

·         Experience and competency using standard performance testing methodologies, direct scripting and coding in HP Load Runner

·         Extensive hands on experience using AJAX protocol is must.

·         Hands on experience in designing and executing performance test strategy and designing an application simulation model

·         Experience working with complex application environments (i.e. combination of client, web, middleware, database, mainframe, third-parties, etc.)

·         Experience in building monitoring and metrics gathering solutions

·         Should be able to execute test, tune test cycles, analyze and suggesting remediation activities to performance problems

·         Expertise in development and infrastructure components that assist them to provide services such as code reviews

·         Should be able to set up and run profilers and investigate environment configurations

·         In depth experience in resolving performance related bottlenecks and suggesting ideas to improve performance.

·         Able to work independently at onsite and support offshore team.

·         Able to Lead, Mentor and Support the team

·         Able to provide estimates for the projects.

·         Excellent understanding of testing concepts, testing methodologies and how test fits into the SDLC.

·         Strong communication skills - Ability to communicate and document status and complex issues effectively

·         Strong documentation skills – Ability to create clear, concise, detailed project artifacts that meet the standards of the Testing Center of Excellence and Software Quality Management process

·         Requires minimum or no supervision, self-starter that can work independently and collaboratively, while remaining effective at reporting status on tasks daily

·         Should be able to lead the team of minimum 5-6 folks and guide and mentor them for completing the allocated work

·         Should be familiar and flexible to work in Global Delivery Model

·         Should be flexible for relocate across location within US based on business need
