Title: Python Developer
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Duration: Long term
Responsibilities:
•Use and update an existing test automation framework built around Python.
•To prepare automated testing scripts in Python against the documented
•feature set of various network components. Example features like Firewall, Routing, NAT, etc.
•The test scripts would be submitted to a regression infrastructure. The QA
•Developer should ensure that scripts run daily without any errors. In case of errors, follow up on any issue that are surfaced.
Desired Skills and Experience:
•experience in Python Scripting
•Python scripting, shell scripting,
•Knowledge of Linux systems.
•Good fundamental understanding of networking principles like TCP/IP, Basic Routing.
Preferred Skills:
•Knowledge of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF,
•Network Virtualization concepts like NFV.
•Knowledge of Utilities like Puppet.
•Java/JavaScript knowledge.
•Experience on Selenium
