Looking for .Net Developer for a long-term assignment in Harrisburg, PA. Candidates must be willing to do a face to face interview after completing a successful phone screen.

The following skill sets are required:
- .NET development skills using C# programming language
- .NET web services using XML/Soap
- XML data processing and manipulation (XQuery/LINQ)
- SQL Server 2012/2014 tool set
- Visual Studio 2013
- SSRS - Reporting Services skills
- SSIS - Integration Services Skills
- Property and Casualty Insurance knowledge to be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Effective inter-personal skills
- Effective organization skills, with the ability to work independently
- Ability to work within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
The following skillsets are preferred:
- Experience using an Agile systems development methodology
- Experience with Sharepoint 2013
- Experience working with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2013
