Oracle and Procedural Language (10g and above) Required
MS SQL and Procedural Language (2005 and above) Required
Database Administrator experience Required
Database design, backup, recovery, security, integrity Required
Database tuning, performance monitoring Required
Oracle (v 12c) Highly desired
SQL Server 2012 and above Highly desired
erWIN data modeling tool Highly desired
Knowledge of State and DHS policy Nice to have
Strong Verbal and written communication skills Required
