Detailed job description Skill Set including years of experience	Skill Set: Websphere Admin Experience: 4 – 6 years          i.            Require strong technical WS resource who can make the deployment and configuration changes in Websphere centric applications like CCM/Expressions.        ii.            Support for Clients Development/Test/QA environments WS applications       iii.            Work with Client Managers for planning and stake holder communication      iv.            Lead Onsite team and ramp up onsite and offshore team members        v.            Weekly and Monthly Status reporting      vi.            Documentation and Process improvements
