Position: Business Analyst with Actuarial experience

Duration: 12 Months +

Description:
To manage and ensure that the project schedules are adhered to as per the client specifications and deliveries are as per the time and quality standards.
(1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls
(2.) Raising risks| issues and escalation to senior management and customer
(3.) To create all quality documents| collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities.
(4.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards
(5.) To ensure process improvement and compliance| and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents
Additional requirement
1. Should have a fair understanding of Actuarial functions and software
2. Completion of one or more Actuarial papers (CT series / CAS / SOA) is desirable
3. Should have a strong technical background with solid articulation and collaboration skills
4. Should be able to manage the operational interactions and liaison between the Actuaries and the development team
5. Ensure resolution of tickets / delivery within the agreed SLA
6. Should ensure that there are adequate resources including back-ups to manage the applications
7. Prepare for upcoming attrition and implement a backup plan to mitigate the risk
8. Should ensure that knowledge documents and KEDB's are updated on a periodical basis
