Role: Senior Network Engineer with Voice operations experience

Location: Horsham, PA

Duration: 6+ Months

Client Interview – 1 round, telephonic

 

Description: CCNP, CCNA, Juniper Certified, MPLS

 

Qualifications:

·         Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and CCNA

·         Juniper Network experience required. Certification a big plus

·         Expert knowledge of Internetworking Operating Systems and call center technology.

·         Experience with Nortel PBX systems, Aspect, or Cisco ICM/Call Manager a plus.

·         Proficient knowledge of call center technology, carrier transport and provisioning (T1, ISDN, T3) PBX systems, and voice mail systems.

·         3 – 5 years experience with deploying and/or administrating an Avaya SIP environment (Session & System Manager). 

·         Exhibit strong attention to detail.

·         Excellent problem-solving skills.

·         Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.

·         Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

·         Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.

·         Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.

·         Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
