Expertise:
· 4-year degree from an accredited university or applicable work experience
· Iteration Manager Agile / Scrum Masters
· 7+ years IT experience in infrastructure or software development
· 5+ years Scrum Master experience with multiple simultaneous teams
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certificate or equivalent education
· Experience working with geo-distributed teams in various time zones
· Experience managing agile team members
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
