Need Project Coordinator with E commerce exp.

Position : Project Coordinator

Location : Sunnyvale, CA

Duration : 6+ Months

Profession Summary:

·         9+ years of IT experience

·         Excellent experience in leading/coordinating customer support and production support projects/programs

·         Support activities  : Support ticket assessment and management. Issue resolution, process, escalation, SLAs, time for resolution, Identifying areas affecting critical business areas

·         Good communication skills, report building and statistics.

·         Coordinate RCAs and handling business stake holders

·         War room coordination experience

·         Java/J2ee background

·         Experience in supporting e-commerce application.
