Job Title: Senior Java (Mule ESB) Programmer/Analyst
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 12 Months Contract with extension
Job Description:
DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED:
Develop Data Warehouse interfaces on the Mule ESB in Java. Analyze and write detail specifications. Unit test
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION
Strong technical and analytical ability with experience developing applications in a professional software development environment with hands-on design, architecture, implementation, and support experience with J2EE and related platform technologies.
Must be adaptable and flexible in order to quickly assimilate and utilize our rapid application development framework. Strong background in Java and object oriented design patterns, Java IDE - Eclipse or equivalent, Java Servlet programming, Java build tools and MVC framework such as Struts.
Must be knowledgeable and experienced with scripting. Experience with Mule or other Enterprise Service Bus is strongly preferred. Experience working with Data warehouse environments is desirable.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team while effectively collaborating with others.
Experience working on mission critical, highly available applications; practical knowledge of iterative software development, including frequent working software deliveries and familiarity with software development best practices and methodologies; must understand technical, quality assurance, and security standards
