Job Description:
Business Analyst experience in requirement gathering / elicitation in project implementation using BPM tools like Lombardi , Pega , Appian .
· Must be very familiar with creating user story / use case ; data dictionary and process flow maps and have very thorough understanding of Agile implementation and tools like TFS.
· Must coordinate meetings and handle discussions with senior stake holders , end user's to understand the desired functionality to be achieved .
· Have very good understanding of BPM concepts , best practices and familiar with the out of the box functionality and features available preferably in Appian 7.x version .
