Should be expertise in SAP Test lead and Management
Proficient in SAP Process
Strong knowledge on Test Strategy and Test plans preparation
Strong on all testing Matrices
Has strong knowledge on multi domain SAP processes
At least two implementation and multiple Maintenance Projects
Good working knowledge on SAP Test reporting
Experience managing/leading offshore resources
Strong communication skills
