Position:  ETL Developer with SQL and Autosys Experience

Location:  Tampa, FL

Duration:  6 months (Extendable)

 

US Citizen / Green card holder or on EAD only can apply

The position calls for a technical hands-on development person responsible for translating data sourcing requirements into ETL solution, supporting the application for any data and scheduling related queries and ETL issues. The person in this role will develop and maintain new ETL systems and also enhance existing ETL setup as required.

 

Mandatory:

·         Design, develop, maintain and support SSIS packages related to the extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) process.

·         Write T-SQL queries, complex stored procedures and functions to perform database tasks such as inserts, updates and deletes.

·         Windows scripting using batch and powershell.

·         Design ETL audit control and scheduling processes using Autosys.

·         Writing test cases to ensure requirements are covered.

·         Perform code reviews, analyze execution plans, and re-factor inefficient code.

·         Respond quickly to bug fixes, enhancement requests and production ETL related issues.

·         Develop detailed technical specifications and operational support documentation in collaboration with data   analysts.

·         Be responsible for data profiling, source-target mappings, SQL tunings and optimization.

·         Successful candidates will be quality oriented and demonstrate great attention to detail.

 

Preferred:

·         Familiar with C#, .Net and Java.

·         Work with industry standard bug tracking tools (e.g. JIRA).

·         Knowledge of financial markets, capital market products.

·         Experience in Trade Surveillance environments.
