Job Posting For - Technology lead for Captiva support

Unit - LifeSciences ADM

Roles Required - Technology lead

Resource count Required - 1

Joining date - 10-Feb-2015

Location - Fort Worth, TX, USA

Responsibilities

• Production support of existing implementation of EMC Captiva version 6.5

• Work on user requests, incidents and enhancements

• Develop new processes on Captiva version 6.5

• Configuration and set-up of Captiva version 7.x

• Prepare documentation as required by customer SOPs

Skill-set Requirements

• Expertise in EMC Captiva product configuration, set-up, development and support

• Good understanding of IT development and production support processes

• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• High level of customer focus with proven problem solving skills

• Good understanding of ITIL processes (change management, incident management, etc.)

• Knowledge of IT Project Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, others an asset)

• Knowledge of EMC Documentum will be an added advantage

Experience level

Minimum 6 years working experience in above skill-set
