Direct Client-Urgent Need :: Hadoop Profiles with Map R Engineer with BI background :: Beaverton (OR)

We have below two critical positions for the client at Beaverton (OR).  Kindly specify the skillset of the profiles while sharing the same.

 

Detailed JD for both the below skillsets: 

 

1.       Hadoop engineer with BI Background

Please note that the Client has specified that it is must to have Hadoop (with Map R) Engineer talents with BI expertise.

 

2.       BI Architect with Big Data Experience

Senior Architect position with expertise in architecting BI Solutions and must have Big Data Experience  and exposure to BI tools like Cognos, Teradata , Tableau, Informatica

 

Location for this position is Beaverton, OR. This position may require 0% travel.

Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa (H1b or otherwise).

Qualifications Basic

•           Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education

•           At least 6 years of experience with SKILLS SET

Preferred

•           At least 6 years of experience in solution development and analysis using Hadoop with Map R. Must have BI expertize in Teradata, ETL, Informatica, Data Warehouse skillset. Additional preference to have Statistics with R programming background.

•           At least 6 years of experience in software development life cycle.

•           At least 6 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

•           At least 6 years of experience in Design and architecture review.

•           Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.

•           Experience to Retail domain.

•           Analytical skills.

•           Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
