Job Description:

Purpose

The Department of Health (DOH), Information Technology (IT), Bureau of Application Development and Support (ADS), has the need for an web application programmer for the maintenance, support, and development of new and existing functionalities required to support the Health Management System (HMS).

Required Experience:

Demonstrated experience with implementing Health Care Systems

Demonstrated experience with the FDOH, HMS or other clinic management and/or electronic health record software.

Demonstrated experience with Agile software development, project management and testing practices

5 or more years of Demonstrated experience with the development of web based applications utilizing Intersystems Cache, .Net, Java

5 or more years demonstrated experience with the development of web based applications.

5 or more years demonstrated experience with object-oriented techniques.

5 or more years of demonstrated experience using SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript and Jquery,

5 or more years demonstrated experience with formal software testing.

5 or more years demonstrated experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting.

Service Tasks 

The following tasks are for applications based on Intersystems Cache, Cache CSP, HTML, Javascript, Jquery, Json, Ajax, and ASP.Net.
