Job Description

• -  10+ Years of experience as PeopleSoft Functional Analyst.
• -  Should be Expertise in PeopleSoft Functional Modules like Talent Acquisition Management (Recruiting), Performance Management and c.
• -  Should have experience of End-End Implementation and Support/Maintenance of above modules.
• -  Good to have knowledge on Success factors and Recruiting Integration with Third Parties.
• -  Should possess good Analytical and Communication Skills.
• -  Added advantage of Having experience of Core HR, NA Payroll and Benefits.
